Meriç Küçükcoşkun

Education

She was born in Antalya in 1983. After completing her high school education at Mahmut Celal Ünal Science High School, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul University in 2000. Meriç Küçükcoşkun began her residency training and doctoral studies in the Department of Periodontology at the Faculty of Dentistry, Istanbul University, in 2005. She completed her residency training in 2010 by defending her doctoral thesis titled “Clinical Evaluation of the Effect of Initial Periodontal Treatment on the Frequency of COPD Exacerbations.”

During and after her doctoral education, she focused primarily on the relationships between periodontal and systemic diseases, hard and soft tissue surgery, tissue regeneration, and PRF applications. He is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), the Istanbul Dental Association (İDO), the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP), and the Turkish Periodontology Association (TPD).
